HELP NEEDED

The Daggers call for donations

The Daggers call for donations

Dagenham & Redbridge FC have launched an online donation page looking for assistance from the "football family" with funding the shortfall for 2018/19 in order to reset to a sustainable future next season.

The appeal can be found here.

The Daggers launched the online donation facilty to it's own fans (here) on the 30th May 2018, and said that 35,250 towards the target of 150,000 which was announced at the Supporters meeting on 17th May had already been raised at that point. This is a fantastic effort by Daggers fans.

In an update on 4th June the club stated that they had now raised over 42,000, with donations from the UK and across the globe.

The appeal has been retweeted by many ex players including sprinter Adam Gemili, and as reported by the BBC, Dagenham's very own Stacey Soloman among other celebrities.

DiggerDagger asks all fans to pass the message on as far and wide as possible. If we can get 25,000 people to donate just a fiver to the cause we will smash the target set.

The Daggers are also asking for volunteers to help out in various capacities behind the scenes at the club. That appeal is here.

It is time for the personal grudges to be put behind us and all Daggers to pull together.

YOUR CLUB NEEDS YOU!
