Recent History

Farnborough were promoted back to the Conference after a two year absence at the end of the 2000/01 season from the Ryman League. Promises of Premiership Football and new stadia from chairman/manager Graham Westley did not endear Boro to supporters of other Conference sides. With still seven years to run on that though, and after a money spinning FA Cup run where they finally lost to Arsenal Mr Westley absconded to Stevenage Borough with the club silver and half the team.

The loss of most of the first team squad and financial stability made Farnborough Town among the favourites to struggle in 2003/04 and sure enough they finished in one of the relegation places in 20th only to be rescued by events elsewhere. They remain a troubled club and look likely to continue to struggle to make ends meet..

Their ten season league record stands as follows
